Pre-kindergarten

Pre-kindergarten

Entrance to our pre-kindergarten classroom is typically granted to children who have reached the age of 1 year and 8 months, displaying visible developmental characteristics and a degree of independence that enables active participation in the learning process. However, we acknowledge that there may be exceptional cases of children as young as 1 year and 6 months who have developed the necessary characteristics and self-sufficiency to thrive in our classroom environment. In such exceptional cases, children below the standard age requirement may be considered for admission.

At our school, admission to the pre-kindergarten classroom is generally based on the standard criteria of children reaching the age of 1 year and 8 months. This age requirement is set to ensure that children have had the opportunity to develop certain visible characteristics and a level of independence that is conducive to active engagement in the learning process.

We believe that children of this age exhibit traits that foster a positive classroom experience, such as curiosity, social interaction, and basic communication skills.
